Picked quite early here again, thrown a lot of whole bunch at this wine, basket pressed to seasoned hogsheads. We’re in the green zone here with a zippy, crunchy Syrah. The fruits off some dark black clays on the Barossa Valley floor, so we get serious colour from very minimal extraction. It does not taste how it looks though, light plush mouthfeel with crunch and tannin for days. Will suit some time in the cellar too
