Nose of Lemon, citrus, stone fruit and white blossom. The palate is zippy, acid driven lemon/lime citrus forward, slate-minerality present. Biscoff touch on the finish. Variety: Semillon 45%, Viognier 45%, Riesling 10%. The Semillon spends 10 days on skins, the Viognier and Riesling are whole bunch pressed. All moved to common tank to co-ferment on fine lees.
